This Privacy Policy describes how Business Squirrel LLC collects, uses and discloses information provided on fddupates.com (the “Site”) and what choices you have with respect to the information. An organization or other third party that we refer to in this Privacy Policy as the “Customer” has invited you to this Site. As an invitee of the Customer, you are considered an “Authorized User” on the Site.

The Customer has separately entered into a written agreement with us or our affiliate(s) (in either case, the “Contract”) that permitted the Customer to use the Site and authorizes it to invite its clients to access the Site as Authorized Users. The Contract governs delivery, access and use of the Site, including the processing of any messages, files or other content submitted through accounts on the Site (collectively, “Customer Data”). The Customer controls its use of the Site and any associated Customer Data. If you have any questions about specific Customer privacy practices, please contact the Customer. If you have received an invitation to join the Site but have not yet created an account, you should request assistance from the Customer that sent the invitation.

We”, “our” and “us” currently refers to Business Squirrel LLC and our affiliate entities.

Applicability Of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Customer and all Authorized Users of the Site. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Site.

Information We Collect And Receive

We may collect and receive Customer Data that is routinely submitted by Authorized Users on the Site. You are not required to provide us with any information, but some information (such as account information) is necessary for us to provide access to the Site.

How We Use Information

We will not use, sell, or rent the Customer Data or other information provided to us by you or the Customer in any way other than what is necessary to enable you and the Customer to access and use the services provided on the Site.

Data Retention

Customer will retain Customer Data in accordance with the Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Contract, and as required by applicable law. The deletion of Customer Data and other use of the Site by the Customer may result in the deletion and/or de-identification of other associated information. We may retain other information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include keeping your other information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for us to comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

How We Share And Disclose Information

This section describes how we may share and disclose information. The Customer determines its own policies and practices for the sharing and disclosure of information. We do not control how they or any other third parties choose to share or disclose information.

We may share and disclose information in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Contract, and in compliance with applicable law and legal process.

If we receive a request for information, we may disclose information if we reasonably believe we are required to by any applicable law, regulation or legal process.

We reserve the right to share and disclose information in order to protect and defend our rights, including enforcing our contracts or policies, or in connection with investigating and preventing illegal activity, fraud, or security issues.

We strive to protect information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, given the nature of communications and information processing technology, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
